- Acrylic Frames (Launching soon)
- These products do not require any physical input from the client and can be shipped throughout India. Shipping costs vary based on the weight of the products purchased. -
Retail Products :
- Album Cover Pages
- These products require the client to provide a physical printed album without a cover page. Due to the delicate nature of these products, they are shipped only within Hyderabad and the Telugu States (Andhra Pradesh and Telangana).
2. Shipping Carriers :

Within Hyderabad : Uber or Ola Package options are used for delivery.

Out of Hyderabad : India Post or The Professional Couriers service.
3. Shipping Rates :

Within Hyderabad: Charges vary based on the distance and the rates provided by Uber or Ola.

Out of Hyderabad : Charges depend on the size, number, type, and weight of the products, as well as the distance from Hyderabad. Typically, shipping to bordering states is less expensive.
4. Processing Time :

Orders typically take 3 to 4 business days from the date of order placement to completion. Shipping time varies depending on the distance from Hyderabad.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. Return Conditions :

Wholesale Products :
- Products must be sent to our office address by the client.
- Returns must have a valid reason and proper packaging as the products are delicate.
- Clients are responsible for the return shipping costs. -
Retail Products :
- Albums with custom cover pages are non-returnable due to their personalized nature and cannot be resold.
2. Return Process :

3. Refund Policy :

Only the delivery fees for sending and receiving the product are charged. The remaining amount is refunded to the client.
4. Damaged or Defective Items :

In the rare event that a product is received damaged or defective, clients should contact our customer service immediately. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
5. Custom Products :

Custom or personalized products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
